Last year, during the rainy season, one of our backyard drains to a sump pump got clogged up during a heavy rainstorm – and of course my husband was not home. I had used Craig at Affordable Plumbing before and he was always prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. I called him in a panic when I realized my back bedroom and hallway were flooding rapidly. He calmly said he’d be here in 15 minutes (he was), he told me who else to call to suction the water and save my carpets. When he arrived he calmed me down, fixed the problem, helped me deal with my homeowners insurance – all with a smile. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime. They are not only a great company, but he and everyone who works with him are wonderful people as well.
