Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay is seeking a Construction Foreman.  This position, under the supervision of a Construction Manager, will lead/manage/teach volunteers in the construction/rehabilitation of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).  ADUs are 500 SF self-contained houses adjacent and on the same property as single-family homes. 

Foreman will manage ADU construction from pre-planning through final completion. Eighty percent of work is by volunteers, 20% by subcontractors. 

This position will also manage vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, inspections, and oversee tool/equipment inventory.  

Qualifications include three years of related construction experience and excellent interpersonal skills.  Experience with construction management, coordination of volunteers and a contractors license are desirable.
