GeoDisclosure – On-Site Drainage and Erosion Evaluations
Many people don’t realize that improper drainage is on the top 10 list of property defects. Drainage problems are often not recognized until too late, which can result in serious damage and costly repairs. Chris Gordon has been helping property owners in Santa Cruz County since 1998 to assess drainage conditions and provide practical solutions. Chris’ onsite drainage and erosion inspection consists of a surface investigation of the property in combination with relevant geologic information. This provides a comprehensive picture of drainage and erosion conditions. Solutions are then suggested to correct potential damage due to improper water flow. The goal is to provide effective, low cost solutions for drainage problems.

GeoDisclosure is headed by Chris Gordon. Chris received a BS in Geology from the University of California in Santa Cruz in 1995. He has had several years of experience working for a large natural hazard disclosure company where he helped develop standards for the industry. In early 2000 he started his own natural hazard disclosure company. Chris has been working closely with local government agencies and local real estate agents to create the best, most complete natural hazard disclosure report available for Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito counties. Chris believes that having a responsive and reliable service is the number one goal for his disclosure business.
