I agree with all of the positive comments above. Kathy knows what she is doing, is a good communicator, does excellent work, and creates a climate of competent calm. After we took out an old lawn, Kathy came in and created two patios (including some curved steps), replaced parts of three sidewalks, and made everything match-up with the concrete that was already there. She also gave me permission–much needed and appreciated–to have some preliminary rock walls redone so that the patios and finished product would be acceptable and what I really wanted.

Kathy was excellent. We did a major remodel that included a foundation, patio, walkway, driveway and sidewalk. In all aspects, Kathy did a wonderful job. KB Concrete just completed a foundation for me. Kathy and her crew did a great job. Everything was accurate, neat and clean. The anchor bolts and hold-downs were upright and all the threads were clean. Nice job.
Our project was small compared to Kathy’s other projects. But she took great interest as if it were a big project.New walkway from the street to the existing sidewalk that leads to our front door. She took my ideas and made some suggetions. It turned out just the way we wanted and now we can finish our front yard area. One thing that was greatly appreciated was the fate that she worked on the project herself and clean up was spotless. All we had to do was water the cement for a few days and then use the wonderful new walkway. I wish we could replace our driveway! Thank you Kathy and crew.

I am very happy with the quality of work that Kathy and her team did. I had my whole back concrete patio replaced, stamped concrete and stained. Also the front driveway was replaced. I loved Kathys ideas, we did some inlay brick work. I couldnt be more pleased
I also really appreciated the great clean up afterwards. Her bid was very reasonable and she came in at that cost. There was no surprises. I highly recommend Kathy and her crew. I would use KB Concrete again in a heartbeat.
Kathy and her crew did a driveway, several pads, and a City-required driveway apron and sidewalk for us. She was a delight to work with, and her bid pricing was very reasonable. She helped us a lot with the driveway design–she had really good ideas, and was sensitive about we wanted vs. pushing her own ideas. She and crew inlaid brick seams into the concrete driveway, which came out great. Her crew was pleasant, and they did a good job of clean up. I recommend her.
KB Concrete did a 3500 sq. ft. driveway turnaround of stamped concrete with planters and stairs. Kathy helped with design ideas we had not considered that add to the beauty of the project. She was open to changes we wanted as the project was in the construction process. The employees were also personable and wanted us to be happy with the results. The job moved along at a pace that enabled us to make design changes. The job bid was comprehensive enough to protect us, and the final price was as agreed to. We are thrilled with the outcome, the driveway is beautiful as well as functional.
