Congratulations to Daniel Shermis as our February 2012 Member of the Month. Not only is Daniel the only member to have built a brewery, he also helped to rebuild the damaged sign of the downtown Boys & Girls Club.

The short version of EPA Lead Certification is this:
if you are a contractor, painter and/or handyman working on a pre-1978 house then you must be certified. You cannot simply sub out the demo portions of the job to an EPA-certified sub. I’ll be taking the training on September 10th and will then give a more detailed report.
