I’ve worked in architecture in Santa Cruz county since 1979; as a licensed architect since 1993. I hold the LEED-AP credential, am a Certified Green Building Professional, and have recently become certified as a BPI Building Analyst, focusing on measuring and improving building performance, using tools to measure building air leakage and combustion safety.
Fiorovich Group has sucessfully completed many diverse project types ranging from affordable single and multi-family residential developments to highly custom residential, commercial and industrial structures. Our comprehensive design approach includes both client input/participation and mandatory design criteria.
I use a state of the art computer aided drafting and design program that is specifically intended for residential work. With this powerful tool, I can generate full color 3-D renderings of interiors, exteriors, and flyover views to help visualize the completed design.
