Having worked with city and county staff in both Santa Cruz and Hawaii, I can help you with parcel research, permit acquisition, site design with a passive solar emphasis and coordination of your construction/planning team. The most creative time will be when we take your wish list, maps and sketches and turn them into carefully considered construction drawings and details.
