MBREC Mission: The Monterey Bay Resource Efficiency Consortium (MBREC) seeks to overcome barriers, educate, accelerate and maintain the uptake and demand of energy efficiency and renewable energy in residential and commercial buildings, in order to lower greenhouse gas emissions and prevent pollution. In doing so, MBREC seeks to increase local green jobs and create a sustainable future for our local community.
