I am a local contractor and 100% of my business comes within the City of Santa Cruz and Santa Cruz County. I started my business in San Francisco renovating Victorians and learning all the trades of construction with the local San Francisco construction guilds. I love working on older homes and modernizing local Santa Cruz ranch style homes. All my subcontractors are local which allows me to expedite most of my projects while supporting the local community.
