Upcoming EPA-mandated ‘Lead-Safe’ RRP Training

Hello Everyone and Good Morning,

My name is Autumn and I am the training coordinator with ERT360 please feel free to call me regarding the training. To confirm your place in the training you must fill out the attached registration form and return this to me at training@ert360.com or print, fill out and fax to 408.378.5693 – no cover page needed,

You can also send via U.S. mail with a company or personal check to P.O. Box 5999 San Jose CA 95150-5999 but if you do the registration form must be received by Feb 28 a few days before the training date of March 2.

It takes one or two days max by U.S. mail so please plan accordingly if registering this way. If you would like to pay via PayPal please email me this registration form and state on the email subject line or you can write on the registration form payment by PayPal. I will send you a payment request/invoice for this training and you can pay using PayPal many payment methods.

Note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. Also if you know any other contractors who might need this in the Santa Cruz / Monterey area there is room for up to 20 people so please feel free to share this with others. You will also be receiving a U.S. EPA Photo ID Certification Card (like a driver license) on the same day at the completion of the training day.
