Marty and Jon earned degrees from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in Architecture and Construction Engineering respectively. Fiorovich Group was established in 1984 after both gained experience working in the industry in Southern California.

Fiorovich Group was a “design-build” firm before it was widely accepted as the efficient and credible system that it has become today. Architect and Contractor operate independently or as a team and are principals of the firm, which is still rare with many “design-build” firms. This provides a unique opportunity for open communication among the building team of Architect-Owner-Contractor.

Fiorovich Group has sucessfully completed many diverse project types ranging from affordable single and multi-family residential developments to highly custom residential, commercial and industrial structures. We place the highest priority on listening to our clients. Our comprehensive design approach includes both client input/participation and mandatory design criteria. We function as a resource and partner in the creation of successful, distinctive and enduring architectural solutions.

Marty and Jon are both “Certified Green Building Professionals” through “Build It Green and are continuing their education as National and local members of USGBC (United States Green Building Council). Fiorovich Group has made a commitment to the make beautiful, sustainable, durable homes their priority.
