Founded by Billy Rickard, Sightline Construction has been proudly serving Santa Cruz County since 2018. Billy began his career in 1994 building homes in Sun Valley and Ketchum, Idaho, before bringing his craftsmanship and experience to the Central Coast.

Over the years, Sightline Construction has successfully completed numerous custom homes along with a wide variety of remodels throughout Santa Cruz. In addition to traditional building methods, we also collaborate with modular ADU companies and construct SIPs (structural insulated panel) homes, bringing innovative and efficient building solutions to our clients.
