I hired Shermis Construction as the Carpentry and Poured Concrete Contractor for a major renovation at our residence in Bonny Doon in 2009. Daniel and his crew performed quality workmanship and got the job done in a reasonable length of time. I have been in the residential construction business for over 35 years and I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. We then hired Shermis Construction for another project in 2010 and had similar satisfying results. I highly recommend Daniel for all phases of construction projects. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
