We have engaged Shermis Construction as the general contractor for several projects at our home, ranging from small repairs to full remodels. Daniel listens to our needs, provides fair and realistic estimates, and does high-quality work in a timely fashion. He is knowledgeable himself, but he also knows when to bring in expert help to get a job done. He is meticulous in his attention to detail, and it shows in the excellent results we’ve had on every project he has done for us. We will call on Daniel again for all of our future construction needs.
